Warranty Policy
CREAT MEDICAL warrants to the distributor that the products(instruments only,accessories and consumables not included) are free from defects or deficiency in material,workmanship for 12 months effective from the date of factory shipment. CREAT MEDICAL's obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing,at our company's option,any part which upon our company's examination proves defective.

Following cases are not included in warranty:
-Any damage results from improper storage,transport,misused or by accident
-Any problems caused during repair or maintenance by anyone else not from CREAT MEDICAL OR CREAT authorized organization.
-Any situation where the original CREAT MEDICAL Serial number label or product identification markings have been changed or removed
-Consumable materials,including but not limited to electrode,sample cup,paper and other disposable or one-off materials.

Technical Training
CREAT MEDICAL provides free service trainning to the technical personnel from the distributors with respect to the products and will further provide technical assistance via-e-mail,telephone,fax,MSN or Skype as requested by the distributors,The trainning will be performed at CREAT MEDICAL's facility in Shenzhen or other designated place,CREAT MEDICAL does not cover the traffic and accommodation charges during the trainning

While reporting the issue,please specify following information:
1.Product name,Model Name and complete description of the trouble
2.The Serial Number(S/N) of your products
3.The complete name,address and phone number of your facility
4.For parts order,the required spare or replacement part number
